Specifications include, but are not limited to:Eliminate the new water heaters and all associated pipingand accessories providing domestic hot waterto the existing restrooms. This includes new domestic water piping totie into the heaters, new domestic hot waterpiping to tie into existing fixtures, all condensate piping andelectrical wiring and equipment necessary forthe installation and operation of the new heaters. Theexisting hot water piping and fixtures are to remainas is.2Eliminate the new Electric Water Coolers (EWC) replacingthe existing Electric Water Coolers at each setof restrooms on each floor. This includes any new domesticwater and sanitary waste piping andaccessories necessary for the new fixtures. Eliminate theassociated architectural work. Additive Deductive $3 AKeep all existing supply air duct running through the crawlspace and in the risers up to the occupiedfloors. This duct is to be kept and reutilized for supplyingconditioned air. This duct is to be tied into fromthe new duct coming from the AHUs at the points wherethese ducts enter the mechanical room from therisers or from the crawl space. Each of the new supply airducts coming from an individual AHU is to betied into both existing supply air ducts serving the respectivequadrant of the building.The new duct mains serving the new VAV terminal units onthe occupied floors (floors 1 3) is to tie intothe existing ducts where the existing ducts leave theexisting mechanical chase at each floor. The newduct is to tie into both of the existing supply air ducts.Refer to the attached duct sketches for more detail Additive Deductive $3 BKeep the existing supply air duct mains running from themechanical risers on each floor to the existingdual duct mixing boxes. Only the duct runouts from theexisting duct mains to the new VAV terminal unitsand all low pressure duct downstream of the VAV boxes isto be new duct. Each of the two existingsupply ducts will feed half of the VAV boxes while thesecond duct will feed the second half.
