Specifications include, but are not limited to:DESCRIPTIONA. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing all display equipment as described as well as demolition and or removal of existing equipment.B. The Contractor shall be responsible for the provision and installation of new center hung steel structure and all secondary structural steel and mountingbrackets/hardware required to attach to existing hoist to accommodate the new system(s). This includes all labor, materials, equipment; tools, transportation,and project management required for complete a fully operational system(s) on the project.C. Contractor shall be responsible for assembly, modifications (if necessary) and mounting of all Auxiliary display components onto existing structures if AlternateOne (1) is selected.D. TTU will provide Primary Power at defined demarcation points as identified in Section 3.1. Contractor shall be responsible for all power and electricaldistribution from demarcation point (Secondary Power) to new system(s). Contractor shall provide all secondary power connections/terminations required topower new system(s).E. Upon approval by TTU, Contractor may utilize conduits or raceways currently installed in the Arena for low voltage, video signal, and/or data communicationfor new system(s). If existing conduits or raceways are utilized for new wire pulls, all fill ratios and code compliance is required, however the Contractor isrequired to remove the existing signal cable to the display that is being removed. All additional conduit and raceways required to complete a path to each displayshall be furnished and installed by Contractor. Contractor shall be responsible to furnish, install, and terminate all required cabling needed to make newsystem(s) complete and fully operational.F. A rendering package is provided as part of this RFP package. The illustrations are to be construed as conceptual and not for construction purposes. Contractorshall be responsible for final engineering of structural and electrical components required for new system(s), including professional engineering stamp by alicensed/registered engineer in the State of Texas
