Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Respondent will provide an Electronic Content Management System that will provide the following functions: Capture (Document Imaging), Records Management Application (RMA), Store (Document Storage), and Delivery (ERM). This product will be used among an estimate of thirty University of Houston employees within The Division of University Advancement for the purpose of batching, storing documents, electronic signature capturing, electronic form creation, and retrieving documents. The primary objective of this product is to decrease manual hand keying, increase document retrieval, enhance document security, measure selected information, and streamline processes for gift batching and gift agreements.6.1.2 OVERALL GOALS OF THE PRODUCTThe product must address the following overall objectives:The Enterprise Content Management System should reduce data entry hand keying and increase the accuracy rate of data entry.The product must be able to detect and export data from scanned images that are in a variety of formats with or without a barcoding device associated with the document.The system must reduce the volume of paper produced during the gift handling process.
