The Contractor will organize, manage and coordinate the services required to perform theSOW. Where applicable the Contractor will be expected to coordinate its work with effortsperformed by County staff, third party consultants and other relevant parties.B. The Contractor will provide updates related to Program operations to Metro on a monthlybasis. Reporting shall include operations updates, general program updates, andrevenue/expense tracking.C. The Contractor will provide and maintain an organizational chart for this project clearlyshowing the reporting relationship among individual team members and the relationshipwith Metros Project Manager.Task 2 Program Development2.1 Parking Management Technology, Online Reservation Tools, and Other TechnologyA. At a minimum, develop or provide an online tool that allows customers to find/identifyparticipating lots/garages, reserve and pay for parking and gain access to parking spaces.The system must utilize an open architecture that allows all system components to integratewith agency owned interfaces. The online tool must be capable of handling monthly anddaily parkers. Mobile phone compatibility of the tool is preferred.B. Develop a process for customers without internet or mobile phone access to reserve, pay,and gain access to parking spaces. This should include customers who wish to pay bycash.C. Provide all hardware, software, and ancillary components necessary to track the use ofspaces, and grant P&R users access to both gated and gateless parking facilities. Forgated facilities technology must be compatible with a wide range of existing third partyaccess systems. If geo-locating or other tracking devices are used, the Contractor must besensitive to privacy concerns and other issues related to the use of these technologies.Technology must be capable of handling monthly and daily parkers as well as sharedparking arrangements.
