Specifications

Operate its transportation call center for eligible riders in a variety of programs. The multiple programs include: services for seniors,people with disabilities, dial-a-ride services, shopper shuttles,non-emergency transportation, ADApara transit, and various combinations thereof. The current level of calls and other contacts is approximately 20,000 per month, handled by a total staff of 35 people, including 23 Customer Service Representatives, 4 Schedulers, 1 Quality Assurance Person, 4 Billing Clerks, 2 Floor Supervisors, and 1 Operations Manager. The selected contractor will be responsible to fill all of the positions that they feel is needed to operate the call center at the prescribed levels of service quality. No additional specifications were given.
