Specifications include, but are not limited to:FACSpro Support Services 1) Provide annual support for DBA FACSpro software that is used by OEO and 14 community action agencies throughout the State of South Carolina. 2) Telephone support during normal business hours (8:30 AM 5:00 PM (ET)) Monday through Friday. Telephone support may be supplemented with a webinar to visually see and further analyze the issue at hand. Webinar software will be provided by the vendor. 3) Email support during normal business hours (8:30 AM 5:00 PM (ET)) Monday through Friday. The response time to received emails will not exceed 48 hours from the date and time the email is received. 4) Contractor must provide a designated point-of-contact for all support calls and emails. Contractor must also provide OEO with the telephone number and email address that must be used for all support related issues. 5) All support related issues submitted after hours must be acknowledged and responded to the next business day. 6) All emergency related support issues will be facilitated through a designee of the OEO and will be handled in a timely manner. 7) Contractor will download and/or install DBA FACSpro and Microsoft .NET Framework software as requested by OEO. 8) Setup and maintain DBA FACSpro systems programs. 9) Setup and maintain account administration for OEO staff. 10) Report generation from DBA FACSpro to support OEO monitoring, federal reporting requirements and overall data integrity (i.e. Ad hoc, IS, and System Reports). 11) Provide support and technical assistance for future upgrades and enhancements to DBA FACSpro as defined by OEO. FACSpro Training 1) Provide OEO and/or CAA with monthly DBA FACSpro training on as needed basis. The training will consist of one (1) eight (8) hour period once a month. 2) Training may consist of OEO and/or CAA employees. 3) Monthly training may be split between OEO and/or CAA employees as needed. 4) Training can be used for rollout or support of existing modules. 5) At a minimum, training of OEO staff and/or CAA staff must include the following; a. Client intake b. Action plans c. Awardpro d. Weatherization Pro e. Assessment/Baselines
