Specifications include, but are not limited to: The goal of the proposal shall be to collect data for an inventory, provide a traffic sign assessment, prepare a sign replacement program of all regulatory, warning, guide,recreational, general information and street name signs located within the City rights-ofway; the proposal shall also include a cost estimate of all signs and posts in need ofreplacement and compliance per the latest edition of the CA MUTCD. The selected firmwill provide full turn-key services to inspect, record and inventory all City-owned signsin a GIS & Excel format along with cost estimates by July 29, 2016.Guidelines for sign data collection: The selected firm shall collect sign data in one direction at a time Data shall be collected safely in a manner that does not put City staff ormotorists in harms way Must adhere to the latest edition of the CA MUTCD for traffic control
