IPTC is looking to partner with a vendor to design, develop and implement the Corporation's Total Rewards and Recognition Program for our employees. IPTC would like a total rewards program that acknowledges or gives special attention to employee efforts of positive performance that can support business strategy by reinforcing admirable conduct that contribute to organizational success.
