Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Center for Tobacco Prevention and Control (hereafter referred to as CTPC) within the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DHMH) is soliciting a point of care marketing/media contractor to develop and execute a point of care marketing campaign to promote cessation services offered by the Maryland Tobacco Quitline 1-800-QUIT NOW (1-800-784-8669) to pregnant, postpartum and women of child-bearing age and their healthcare providers throughout the state of Maryland. Using existing creative provided by CTPC, the contractor shall develop and implement a campaign highlighting experiences of a quitline participant, the health and cost benefits of quitting tobacco before, during and after pregnancy and the incentives offered to women if they complete the program.
