Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall create four electronic documents and workflows using SharePoint. The high level requirements are as follows. The details of what is expected for each specific form and workflow is details in its own section. A. Outside Employment: All employees are required to complete an annual outside employment form. This form is to be routed to appropriate management, HR, and office of compliance for approval. B. Patient Medical Second Opinion Request: Medical staff are required to submit and route a form when a patient requests a second opinion from another medical provider. This form is to be routed and approved before services can be rendered.
