Specifications include, but are not limited to: The intent and purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals from qualified firms to furnish, implement and provide on-going support for a timekeeping and reporting hardware/software system (hereafter known as System), to sixty-nine (69) Henrico County Public Schools (HCPS) locations, and School Nutrition Services (SNS) Central Office. There will be approximately 500 employees whose time will be managed using the System. Other sites may be added or removed based on future operational plans of Henrico County and Henrico County Public Schools. A list of all current schools is found in Attachment G. Contact information for each location will be provided to the Successful Offeror.
