Specifications include, but are not limited to: Technical Requirements.A web-based ticketing and CRM application is preferred by the Town that can be accessed and ticketspurchased successfully with most current-generation browsers the public has access to (e.g., InternetExplorer, Firefox, Safari, Opera, etc.). Access to the administration for the site must be compatible with at least Internet Explorer version 7. The Vendor will provide Internet bandwidth requirements, including all costs and proposed service provider(s), to maintain a premium level of service to the Town of Parker and our customers.
