Specifications include, but are not limited to: The County of Santa Clara (hereafter referred to as County) dba Valley Health Plan (VHP) isrequesting proposals from qualified suppliers to provide Third Party Liability Claims servicesfor Commercial Line of Business only, including the ability to identify, validate, and verifycoordination of benefit opportunities for claims incurred due to accidents where othercoverage is available. Seeking contractor who can perform the recovery and costavoidance activies; and/or Administer VHPs Third Party Liabilities program.These services will be used to recover claims that are not the responsibility of ValleyHealth Plan due to accident or workers compensation. These services will assist inrecovery and coordinate distribution of claims data based on subpoenas.
