Specifications include, but are not limited to:1. Conversion and Record Set UpWhen the Contractor begins the process of taking over compliance for LAUSD from itscurrent provider, TSA Consulting Group, Inc., the contractor shall obtain the necessaryinformation to move forward to keep the District in compliance. In addition, the conversion ofprior records of compliance may need to be done. 2. EnrollmentContractor shall work with District to process and store Salary Reduction agreements.Contractor shall receive and process all paperwork relating to the Districts 403(b) plansunless the District provides an alternative route that still allows for complete compliance.3. Common RemittingContractor shall offer a common remitting service to LAUSD. This service will seek toautomate as many of the functions as possible and utilize electronic money transfers. Inaddition, the contractor MUST be able to track where the money ENDS so as to ensurecomplete compliance with IRS regulations and provide security to the District. Checksremitted back to LAUSD for any reason must have Employee Identification information andthe Contractor shall clear out its suspense account every 45 days.
