Specifications include, but are not limited to: 5.2.1 Phase 1: Concept Development: Contractor must develop three (3) concept options for four (4) television Ads and provide justification for how each concept will inspire and motivate target audiences to share in Universitys vision of the great global public research university. Contractor must develop concepts that are different from other NCAA Ads. Contractor will present three (3) concepts no later than May 20th, 2016 to a University committee for approval. University committee will consist of faculty, staff, students, alumni, and / or donors. Contractor must present the three (3) concepts either on-site or by video conference.
