Specifications include, but are not limited to:. The successful Proposer must maintain a local service department within a 25 mile radius of the Complex. Respondent shall perform Telephone System Maintenance Services for SMG at the Rhode Island Convention Center and Dunkin Donuts Center. This scope of servicewill provide a continuous and comprehensive program of preventative and predictive maintenance coverage, to include all labor and materials for the following equipment belonging to the Complex. X10X Commview Call Accounting Package i. 1 5550 Operator Console Dunkin Donuts Center a. 1 Mitel 3300 MXe - 8 -b. 3300 Gateway Software Package (200 Devices) c. 2 ASU II Analog Services Unit d. 4 ONS Cards e. 1 Dual T1 Trunk Module f. 1 5550 Operator Console Dunkin Donuts Center / Sports Services a. 2 ASU II Analog Services Unit b. 2 ONS Cards c. 1 Combo Card (4 LS/12 ONS) Data Switches - Dunkin Donuts Center These switches make the physical connection between the two buildings and provide a connection point for the Mitel IP Phones. a. 1 Cisco 3750G 12 Port Switch (connection between buildings) b. 4 Cisco Small Business Switches (SRW224P) 24 port PoE switch c. 2 Cisco Small Business Switches (SRW208MP) 8 Port PoE switch d. 1 Cisco Small Business Switches (SRW224P) 24 port PoE switch (Sports Services) 2. Provide all labor and materials needed to maintain the MITEL and MITEL NUPOINT under normal usage. 3. Provide remote maintenance along with on-site service Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm excluding holidays. 4. Provide service to adjust the clocks twice a year and make all holiday greeting changes to the automated attendant. 5. Provide for exchange cards, consoles and phones on-hand so that there will not be any inconvenience when equipment must be returned to the factory for repair, recognizing that repair time could take as long as six weeks. 6. Provide an hourly rate for on-site service for after hours emergency calls - 9 -7. Ensure that response time to any failure is within four (4) hours and minor problems within twenty-four (24) hours. 8. Provide an hourly labor rate for any adds, moves or changes on a T&M basis. 9. Provide Mitel Software Assurance for the length of the agreement 10. Provide five (5) additional hours of labor each year for any remote changes 11. Provide Free System Backups
