The Information Technology (IT) Department of the Lansing Board of Water and Light (BWL) is soliciting proposals for time and material technical support services to augment their staff in the following roles: Sr. IT Project Manager; Organization Change Manager; Integration Analyst; Business Analyst; Web Developer; Database Developer; Quality Assurance Specialist/Tester; Network Administrator; System Administrator and Technical Writer.. (a) BWL has a metropolitan area network connecting five campuses via gigabit fiber over a Cisco infrastructure, and providing 100mb speed to the desktop. (b) BWL supports approximately 800 workstations. (c) BWL primarily supports the following Server/Storage/OS platforms: i. Dell Servers ii. VMware ESXi 5.5 & 6.0 iii. NetApp SAN Storage - iSCSI iv. Dell EquaLogic SAN Storage - iSCSI v. MS Windows 7 & 10 vi. MS Windows Server 2008 & 2012 x64 vii. MS Windows 2008R2 Active Directory viii. MSSQL Server 2005 & 2012 ix. Oracle Server versions 9, 10, 11 and 12
