Specifications include, but are not limited to:The Contractor shall provide training content and a training management system for Coordination of CommunityServices (CCS) working with individuals receiving funded services through the DDA.3.2.1 General Requirements3.2.1.1 The Contractor will be responsible for the development and deployment of existing standardized andcustomized training content with input from the Contract Monitor to ensure compliance with COMAR (seedefinition in Section 1.2) and DDA policies and procedures. Training content will be developed based uponthe following interactions with DDA personnel:A. The Contractor shall provide a Work Plan indicating the major activities, tasks, sequencing ofactivities, and timelines. The Work Plan should highlight milestones associated with this effort. TheWork Plan is due thirty (30) days after the Go-Live Date to the Contract Monitor.B. The Contractor shall hold meetings to review the training content for a finalized curriculum withDDA personnel which include representatives of Operations, Provider Relations, QualityEnhancement, and Regional Office Community Support Teams. The review meetings shall beoutlined in the proposed Work Plan and conducted in person or through teleconference.C. The Contractor shall conduct monthly meetings with the CCS providers for input andrecommendation of the training topic areas that will be included in the training curriculum. Thesemeeting may be conducted in person or through teleconference and shall commence within sixty (60)days of the Go- Live date and continue for the duration of the Contract.D. The Contractor shall meet with the Contract Monitor to review and approve the designed curriculumto ensure it is appropriately aligned with the Maryland Code of Regulations (COMAR 10.22.09) andupdated within thirty (30) days of any changes to COMAR during the entire period of performance ofthe Contract. Meetings may be conducted in person or via teleconference
