Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this project is to conduct a full environmental review, as required under both the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) for the proposed SAMP being prepared by the Port of Seattle for Sea-Tac International Airport. This will be a joint NEPA and SEPA environmental review. The environmental review will assess environmental impacts associated with current and future operational needs related to passenger and airline growth at Sea-Tac Airport. This includes both project- and programmatic-level environmental review (i.e. near- and long-term projects, respectively) for airside, landside, and terminal projects and the integration of sustainability concepts developed within the planning process.
