Specifications

The Contractor shall be familiar with all types of fire alarm systems and shall be capable of servicing multiple sites simultaneously. The technicians servicing the fire alarm systems must possess a valid certificate of Fitness for the maintenance of smoke detectors and must be in the direct employ of the Contractor. The Contractor must further possess National Institute of Certification (NICET) Level II certification or work under the direct supervision of a person having such certification. The Contractor shall maintain four (4) NICET technicians on staff throughout term of Contract. As part of this contract, the Contractor shall retain or have on staff a Professional Engineer (the Engineer of Record) licensed in the State of New York and experienced in the design of fire alarm systems to perform the tasks described herein.No additional specifications were given.
