Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University seeks to establish a blanket/standing orderwith multiple vendors to supply transport E85 vehicle fuelfor use in UNC-CH State vehicles at the UNC-CH FacilityServices Station.This IFB is not a request for pricing. However, any vendorwho intends to participate in the resulting blanket/standingorder shall properly execute this IFB where indicatedthereby agreeing to the University's General Terms andConditions for Procurement of Commodities and Services(attached to this IFB) and to this IFB.The resulting blanket/standing order term will be one year(12 months). The End-User Designated Representativewill order as needed as per the following process:The End-User Designated Representative will issue aRequest-For-Quote via email to each contractor two (2)business days in advance of the required delivery date.Each contractor's quote will be due back to the End-UserDesignated Representative no less than 24 Hours beforethe required delivery date.
