Specifications include, but are not limited to:A. Functional Content Requirements The system should be designed to place substitute teachers in schools where absences are reported effectively. The system should cater to the staff members that use the system whether they are teachers, administrators, IT staff or substitutes and provide accurate information via all mediums to these users. System should have regional management capabilities (ability to identify and allocate assignments by region). B. Desired Features 1. Ability to accommodate a substantial number of employee and substitute positions 2. Web-based and Contractor hosted 3. Accessible via phone and internet 4. Available to all users with full functionality, via secure internet site twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week 5. System hardware should provide redundancy to accommodate system failure. System up time should be 99.999%
