Specifications include, but are not limited to:PENNSAUKEN TOWNSHIP NOTICE TO BIDDERS The Pennsauken Township Board of Education is requesting bid proposals for the items or projects listed below. Sealed bid proposals will be received at the Purchasing Office in the Pennsauken Township Public Schools Administration Building, 1695 Hylton Road, Pennsauken NJ 08110, until the opening date and time specified, at which time bids will be opened, read aloud and recorded for presentation to the Board. The Board of Education assumes no responsibility for delays in the mail or delivery service causing the bid to be received at the Purchasing Department later than the due date and time. Bids MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A CERTIFIED CHECK, CASHIER'S CHECK, OFFICIAL BANK CHECK,OR BID BOND PAYABLE TO THE PENNSAUKEN TOWNSHIP BOARD OF EDUCATION FOR NOT LESS THAN FIVE(5%) OF THE BID AMOUNT. Said 5% not to exceed $50,000.00 pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-24.BIDDERS MUST ALSO SUBMIT A CONSENT OF SURETY IN THE FORM OF A LETTER OR A CERTIFICATE FROM AN INSURANCE COMPANY STATING IT WILL PROVIDE SAID BIDDER WITH A PERFORMANCE BOND, PER SPECIFICATIONS. *Bidders are required to comply with requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 P.L. 1975, c. 127. *Bidders are required to submit a Chapter 33, P.L. 1977, Ownership Affidavit, Non-Collusion Affidavit and a NJ Business Registration Certificate. Bids are to be presented to the Board of Education in sealed envelopes marked:BID: IFB#2016-018R Student Transportation Services Athletic Spring Sports Rebid Bidopenings will be held on Thursday, February 18, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. prevailing time at the address stated herein. Forms of proposals and specifications may be obtained at the Purchasing Department, in the Pennsauken Township Public Schools Administration Building, 1695 Hylton Road, Pennsauken, NJ 08110; - Monday through Friday between 9:00AM and 4:00PM at (856) 662-8505, ext. 6511.
