Specifications include, but are not limited to:See diagram of the site with legend, attached hereto as Exhibit B. The Contractor shall refer to the site diagram for those items at the site to be demolished/removed and legally disposed of and those items to stay. The Contractor shall demolish and legally dispose of: The house, concrete foundation/slab, concrete sidewalks, concrete basement and carport, and all surrounding items associated with the house and landscape (A). The Contractor shall fill the hole in the ground where the former basement area was located using the concrete from the basement floor, broken into not larger than 2x2x2 sections, and adding rock to fill any voids. Contractor shall then cover the broken concrete sections and rock with a minimum of 3 feet of clean fill material, which shall be compacted and graded to meet the contour of the surrounding land. The pole building and its metal roof (B).The contractor may use the rock from under this area to help fill in the former house basement. The Contractor shall also remove the bench and fire pits near the pole building and clean up the area. The silage/storage area with all concrete flooring and the south concrete wall (F). The south wall and north wall of the silage area (F) that consists of tongue and groove wood shall be carefully deconstructed by the contractor and stacked inside the white barn (D). All salvaged boards and beams retained on site shall be a minimum of 8 feet in length and contain no splits and only minimal damage. All wood beams and posts, that are not creosote, shall be removed and stacked inside the barn. All creosote poles and wood shall be legally disposed of by the Contractor. The storage barn/feeding area (E). The Contractor shall carefully cut/disconnect the rafters from the storage barn (E) to the white gambrel roofed barn (D). The Contractor shall also carefully cut/disconnect the metal roofing where (D) roof and (E) roof intersect. The white gambrel roof barn (D) will remain on site. The Contractor will take caution to remove with minimal damage all tongue and groove lumber, dimensional lumber and posts from the storage barn (E) and stack it in the white gambrel roof barn (D). The Contractor shall then remove the rest of the storage barn (E)
