Specifications include, but are not limited to: This contract shall generally consist of pavement removal, roadway excavation, minor grading, catch basins removal and replacement, and HMA paving over a new road base around South 15th Street and Cedar Street. In addition, similar work will be performed around South 5th Street and Sheridan Ave, consisting of asphalt removal, HMA prelevel and HMA paving on top of existing base concrete. The work also includes constructing curb and gutter, curb ramps, repairing brick gutters, tree removal, tree installation, pavement repair, Catch basin removal and replacement, and extending 8 & 4 water main. In addition, the project has one additive pertaining to the work in the vicinity of South 16th Street and South L Street (from South 16th Street to South 17th Street). The work consists of removal and replacement of cement concrete pavement, removal of asphalt, concrete pavement, roadway excavation, minor grading, and constructing curb ramps.
