Specifications include, but are not limited to:The FY2016-2017 Scope of Work includes proceedings related to four (4) assessment districts,each covering one city block for which Engineering Division staff has received and verified petitions containing the signatures of at least 60% of the residents within the district. The proceeding for each assessment district shall include the following tasks at a minimum:1. Develop and implement assessment district proceedings in compliance with the Street Improvement Act of 1911 and Proposition 218.2. Prepare the Engineers Report for each assessment district.3. Prepare preliminary cost estimates for each district.4. Prepare preliminary and final assessment diagrams for each district.5. Develop the assessment roll for each district, and keep it current until the end of the cash collection period after final invoices are mailed to each property owner within the assessment districts.
