Specifications include, but are not limited to:Stormwater management at LAX is subject to many federal, state, and local regulations and design standards with the purpose of providing flood protection and mitigating water quality impacts before being discharged into downstream flood control facilities and receiving waters, including Santa Monica Bay and Dominguez Channel. Local storm drains within LAX are owned and maintained by LAWA and these systems discharge to facilities owned and operated by City of Los Angeles and Los Angeles County Flood Control District (LACFCD). Scope: To filter out and prevent harmful contaminates from entering local waterways within LAWA airport areas and maintain environmental compliance with storm water regulations and requirements. The contractor shall provide all equipment, tools, materials, personnel, labor, and supervision necessary for inspection, reporting, and servicing of storm filter systems used by Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA)
