Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor must demonstrate how it will provide an Ohio Certificate of High SchoolEquivalency assessment, paper- and computer- based, for use in all 88 counties throughout the state.The Contractor must demonstrate how the test measures high school equivalency. The Contractor shall describe themanner in which test items are developed and selected for the assessment, describe the norming process, and giveinformation on the number of test forms available for test candidates to take in a calendar year. The Contractor shallprovide documentation on whether the assessment is research-based or evidence-supported to measure high schoolequivalency and provide detailed information on how the assessment aligns to Ohios New Learning Standards (e.g.,crosswalks). This information should include an explanation of content areas that covered in the assessmentThe Contractor must demonstrate how the tests are scored and what efforts the Contractor undertakes to ensure thatthe test scores reflect high school equivalency. This section should include evidence that the Contractor takes steps toensure that its scores are equivalent to the scores on other high school equivalency tests.
