Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project shall provide IRF intensive services to a grand total of 121 identified probation violators during the three year project period (40 participants per year). If multiple Suppliers are selected, the number served per Supplier will be less than the yearly total of 40 as determined by the grant. C.3.2. This program shall provide IFR programmatic services for identified male and female offenders. This includes IRF services only and does not include the cost of housing, which is covered through the established halfway house contracts. C.3.3. Provide cognitive restructuring programming and substance use disorder treatment for offenders whom commit technical violations and sentenced to a six (6) month sentence as identified. C.3.4. Suppliers shall detail a schedule of intensive programmatic services and interventions including, at a minimum: alcohol and substance abuse programming, mental health counseling and programming, domestic violence programming and other programming addressing criminogenic needs. C.3.5. Suppliers shall detail all assessments and curricula used and shall provide as part of this solicitation, a proposed schedule of treatment, to include a minimum number of hours offenders will be served in groups, per day and per week. C.3.6. The use of evidence based curricula and cognitive behavioral modalities of service delivery. DOC staff will assist in training Supplier staff on the use of correctional cognitive behavioral modalities, as needed. C.3.7. Suppliers shall explain as part of their proposal their understanding of the risk, need, and responsivity principles and how they will be utilized in overall program design and delivery.
