Specifications include, but are not limited to:This project consists of the Contractor providing all labor, equipment, materials,supplies, insurance, etc., necessary to improve the existing driveway, parking lot,walkway and buried waterline, located at the office of the Maryland NaturalResources Police, Area #7 (Echo Lake), 2011 Monument Rd., Myersville, MD21773 (ADC Frederick County, Map #18; G:1). a. Abandon in place the existing water Service Line and install a newService Line from the valve vault to the office building. Include alltrenching, pipe, bedding, backfilling, seed and straw, etc. (Approximately200 Liner Feet)b. Remove and replace the existing 4 thick concrete sidewalk beginning atthe parking lot, leading up-to the front entrance, wrapping around thenorth/west side of the building and ending at the second side entrance.(Approximately 619 Square Feet)c. Remove the existing parking lot barriers and sign pedestals as required toenlarge the parking lot as shown on the attached drawings.(Approximately 25 vertical post)
