Specifications include, but are not limited to:All work shall conform to the City of Topeka Standard Technical Specifications. All concrete shall be 4,000 PSI with a medium broom finish. A control joint shall be tooled or saw-cut every six feet (6). Expansion joint material shall be used whenever the sidewalk abuts to existing concrete. All edges shall be finished.All concrete work shall be backfilled and graded.Cross slope shall be maximum two percent (2%) cross slope on all walksThe Contractor shall guard new concrete until the finish is hard enough to resist vandals.The Contractor shall keep the site clean during construction.The Contractor shall backfill and sweep clean all new walks.The Contractor shall remove all excessive concrete slobber.The Contractor shall park all unnecessary vehicles on the street not in the park.The Contractor shall seed all disturbed areas with grass seed at a rate of eight pounds (8#) per 1,000 square feet. Use a fescue turf-type blend and fertilizer with 16-25-12 starter fertilizer as product recommends.The Contractor is responsible for calling Dig Safe
