Specifications include, but are not limited to: General Clerk 3 This person must be able to complete executive secretarial duties, i.e., typing, filing, preparation of correspondence, taking minutes, setting up and preparing for meetings, keeping the Division Chief Calendar, etc. This person has to articulate and able to relay information and follow directions in a professional manner to employees, visitors and callers to this Department. This person must be professional in their dress and attitude when while working for the Division Chief. Dependability, trustworthiness and excellent customer service is a must. Should have a working knowledge of housing issues and the DC Government. Must be able to work with little supervision but appropriately and be very proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer software packages. Excellent Customer Service Skills a must!
