Specifications

Specifications include, but are not limited to:The Department of Beaches and Harbors will host the 2016 Marina del Rey Summer Concert Series at Burton Chace Park. This summer concert series consists of four Classical (Symphonic) music concerts and four Pop concerts on select Thursday and Saturday evenings. The Department is seeking a company to provide special event support staff for the popular summer series of free outdoor concerts. The selected company must have a minimum of 20 years experience in providing special event support for large scale events in Southern California. The company will assist in event setup and tear-down as well as completing other miscellaneous tasks that are pertinent to the concert series.
