Specifications include, but are not limited to: Grounding system(s) and connections. Utility Pole (Condition and Level). Conduits and weather seals. Check all electrical connections and wire terminations; repair if necessary. Inspect all fused circuits for operation. If fuse is blown, inspect for root cause and replace fuse. Perform a visual inspection of all system components to verify the equipment is properly secured, grounded and intact. Inspect all cabinets, housings and coated surfaces.
