Specifications include, but are not limited to: Replacement of existing Septic System Drain Field located at the Lebanon Police Department. 1. Contractor is responsible for design submittal and approval. 2. Submit design, drawings and specifications (Must be approved before installation can be started). 3. Proposal is to be broken down into 2 separate line items A. Design and permitting of Drain Field B. Construction Cost of Drain Field. Contractor shall acquire all permits required for the project. 4. Contractor shall remove and dispose of any trees, including grubbing needed to complete the project. 5. Contractor shall restore surface to grass with three inches top soil, seed and mulch blanket. 6. Contractor shall properly dispose of and haul away any unused materials and debris. 7. Contractor shall remove and dispose of all trash from work site
