Specifications include, but are not limited to:Install a wireless verified response video security system and provide the labor, equipment and toolsnecessary to perform the work.Provide 24-hour monitoring and full service maintenance of the system and provide the necessary labor,tools, supplies and equipment to maintain, repair and replace any equipment which malfunctions due tonormal wear and tear for the life of the agreement.Monitoring shall include: 24-hour monitoring The notification of appropriate authorities of an emergency after the monitoring facility receives activation ofthe alarm. Immediately after notifying the authorities, the contractor shall notify the CDFA staff person listed on theemergency contact list provided by CDFA.Maintenance: Maintain the security system in an operable condition
