This building consists of a five story office wing connected to a four story laboratory wing. These two wings share a common first floor and are connected at the second floor with a common entrance lobby and at the third and fourth floors with enclosed crossover bridges. The area above the first floor ceiling serves as a return air plenum for both wings. The common areas, crossovers and common return path allows for free air movement throughout both wings. The Science and Allied Health Building has experienced an imbalance in pressures and exorbitant energy usage due to building operational issues. Project Description This Phase I scope of work for this project will isolate the office wing HVAC system and install new HVAC equipment to include a 100 ton air handling penthouse unit and associated equipment and demolition work
