Specifications

Specifications include, but are not limited to:- Acquire and install a School Safety Tip-line solution thru a lease/SaaS based solution. - Configure and setup School Safety Tip-line solution system to be used by 1,470+ schools and 211 school districts. Configure system for various parameters including designated tip recipients, roles and privileges, notifications, escalation paths and reporting. Provide test and production environments for configuration and deployment of system.- Provide web-based and classroom training to all users of the system. Training must be ongoing to support new partners or schools as they join the system.- Setup 24x7x365 call center with qualified staff in crisis management and call taking to handle all incoming tip-line information. It is anticipated that there will be approximately 1,000 tips received per year upon full implementation of the system.- Conduct a pilot to test School Safety Tip-line system with a small subset of Oregon Schools.
