Specifications include, but are not limited to:The purpose and intent of this Invitation to Bid is to secure firm pricing and establish a term contract for school cafeteria products, as specified herein: 1. Only those bids that are As Specified will be considered. 2. Orders will be placed on an as needed basis throughout the term of the contract. 3. Orders, when placed, are for delivery to the Central Warehouse Only. 4. All containers are to be suitable for storage or shipment, and all prices shall include standard commercial packaging. All cartons must be palletized, shrink wrapped accordingly, and free of dirt, sand, or other foreign particles upon delivery. 5. Products Discontinuation or Change Notification: Vendors are responsible for notifying Amelia Bray, Central Warehouse of any product discontinuation or product changes that occur. 6. Tabulation will be posted on MCSB Purchasing website; we do not mail or e-mail copies of the results
