Specifications include, but are not limited to: The overall concept and design of the SCADA system and upgrades to the office Base Station must meet all of the District's current requirements, and be easily expanded to meet future needs and requirements. The proposed SCADA system shall provide real-time management information, remote monitoring and control, and alarm functions. In addition, the system will enhance data analysis and historical data reporting. The Integrator shall engineer, design, procure, install, and commission a SCADA system with 2 existing and 16 new monitoring locations. The overall concept and design of the SCADA system and upgrades shall follow the phase one specifications contained in Attachment C. The District anticipates involvement by Cal-Poly but is interested in proposals that provide cost saving recommendations and areas where those responsibilities can be performed by the integration firm. Section 5.2 lists each RTU, and the equipment required, with the equipment specifications being described in further detail in Sections 7 and 8 The approximate locations of these sites, and the SWCD office, are shown in Figure 2.
