A brief description is set forth below for the Offerors convenience, with detailed requirements in subsequent sections of this solicitation. If interested and able to meet these requirements, the State appreciates and welcomes an Offer. Brief Description: The purpose of the Request for Sealed Proposal (RFSP) is to contract with an accounting and/or auditing firm to conduct Resource Management (RM) reviews, in accordance with the requirements set forth by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), of the School Nutrition Programs (SNP), to include the National School Lunch Program (NSLP) and the School Breakfast Program (SBP).The resulting contract with the awarded Offeror shall have an initial term of date of contract execution through June 30, 2017. In no event will the total term of the contract, including the initial term, any renewal terms, and any extensions exceed ten (10) years. Subject to the maximum total term limitation, ISBE has the option to renew for the following terms: The contract may not be renewed
