Specifications include, but are not limited to:The Prince William County School Board will receive sealed bids for the construction of the renewal / renovation of Saunders Middle School. This site is located at 13557 Spriggs Road, Manassas, Virginia 20112. The Work generally consists of the construction of an approximately 2240 square foot addition and renovation of 131,344 square feet of the existing building. The addition will be constructed of cold-formed structural steel frame structure with masonry exterior and roofing system as indicated. Interior finishes, casework, systems, utilities and miscellaneous site work are also included. Equipment, furniture and furnishings indicated shall be provided by The Contractor unless noted otherwise. Responsibility for maintenance of existing erosion control devices, if provided under a separate contract, is included. The work shall be in accordance with the following schedule: Refer to Specification Section 01010.Bidders are required to attend the mandatory pre-bidding conference. The mandatory pre-bidding conference shall be held on February 9, 2016 at 9:00 A.M. in room 203 A&B located at the 14800 Joplin Road, Building #51, Manassas, VA. .
