Specifications include, but are not limited to: Project descriptionIn the spring of 2015, the acquisition and implementation of the Salesforce CRM was undertaken toassist the UWO undergraduate admissions office in the development and management of a robustprospective pool of future students. The use of Salesforce is not limited to but should focus ondevelopment of the pool, tracking leads and in marketing to potential applicants. The initialimplementation installation has been completed, and prospect information is being collected in thetransferred via Prospect Data Loads from the campus SIS Peoplesoft into Salesforce system. Atpresent no processes are being run through Salesforce. They are being mirrored in the SIS. Salesforcehas been identified as a strategic asset to the University, and the campus desires to fully utilizeSalesforce capacity as a recruiting and marketing tool for undergraduate enrollment. Futureexpectations include improving and expanding its implementation to additional functional areas andcreate interfaces between Salesforce and the campus installation of PeopleSoft Campus Solutions 9.2.This RFP will determine a contractor who will work with University staff to maximize the potential ofits investment in Salesforce and PeopleSoft, and to help the campus reach its strategic recruiting,marketing and communication goals/initiatives.UNIVERSITY OF WISCONSIN OSHKOSH Page 2 of 47RFP# BPK-16-0611.3.2 ObjectivesThe following are general objectives of the resulting contract: Integrate Salesforce with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions 9.2. Model and document undergraduate recruitment, admissions and marketing current-state businessprocesses. Analyze processes/procedures and design future-state processes based on industry best practicesthat are adapted to meet the needs of the University. Create technical solutions to meet functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring securitystandards are met. Align people, processes, procedures and technology to meet organizational and departmental goals. Document operational improvements and establish ongoing governance to ensure continuedsuccess. Train system administrators and end-users in Salesforce functionality and capabilities to fullyutilize the tool.
