Specifications include, but are not limited to:The Washington State Employment Security Department, hereafter called "Department" is initiating this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit proposals from individuals or organizations interested in providing Safety Incident Tracking Software and consultation services as described herein. BACKGROUND The State of Washington Employment Security Department employs approximately 1,400 people in the State of Washington, in approximately 43 offices, including its headquarters in Olympia, WA. The Department provides various types of employment-related services in twelve Workforce Development Areas (WDAs) across the state of Washington. The WDAs include 29 WorkSource centers and 31 WorkSource affiliate offices serving the public, and additional administrative offices, warehouses, and other worksites. The Department intends to award one (1) contract to provide the services described in this RFP. 1.2. OBJECTIVES AND SCOPE OF WORK OBJECTIVE The Department seeks to obtain and implement Safety Incident Tracking Software, installation, training, maintenance, and related consultation services, as necessary to replace the exisiting Incident Reporting system. The existing system is based on a multi-page standard fillable form in Liquid Office that is imaged to an Oracle archive. The existing form is used to report and track all types of Safety incidents, Hazards, Accident/Incidents, Security Incidents, and Supervisor Reports. The proposed system should link to the Human Resources Management System (HRMS) data and allow for improved features, including but not limited to searchable database, robust reporting and notification capabilities, access via mobile devices, and multiple simultaneous user access. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES REQUIRED The Bidder shall furnish the necessary personnel, equipment, material and/or services and otherwise do all things necessary for or incidental to the performance of work as set forth below: SCOPE The Bidder shall provide a proposal describing in a clear and concise manner its Safety Incident Tracking Software, and how it will provide and implement installation, training, maintenance, and related consultation services, as necessary to replace the existing Incident Reporting system
