Specifications include, but are not limited to: This bid is to replace the roof located on the two-story Annex located within the Weld County Plaza building located at 822 7th Street, Greeley, CO. This is a turn-key bid and will require the following: 1. The new roof will be fully ballasted EPDM type. Reuse of existing ballast is anticipated. Any additional ballast material shall be included in the bid. 2. Roof shall carry a 20-year manufacturers and installation warranty. The 20-year warranty will be for Labor and Materials. This will require the inspection of the manufacturer to certify warranty. Results are to be provided to County. 3. New 2-foot by 2-foot walk pavers shall be located at door and at same places as existing pavers. In addition, new equipment will be installed on the roof. Pavers will need to be installed to and around this new equipment. 4. The start date for this project is to be May 16, 2016. This will allow the contractor that is performing the building remodel time to install new curbs at the new equipment locations. 5. New metal cap is not required. However, any cap that is not useable must be replaced and included in the bid.
