Specifications include, but are not limited to:Provide all expertise, labor, tools, and materials necessary to install a new steel sectional roll up door with an electric door operator at a Caltrans Division of Equipment Maintenance Shop located at 83-997 Indio Boulevard, Indio, CA 92201. Contractor must also clean and dispose of any debris resulting from the job including all Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM) and/or Lead Containing/Contaminated Materials (LCM).
