Information can be found at: Note: The visual nighttime inspection will be conducted for all road signs, and is NOT limited to warning and regulatory signs. 4.4Data Requirements 4.4.1Raw data formats, although not required but preferred, will allow for incorporation of the raw spatial data into ESRI ArcGIS software for data inspection, data validation, and any necessary future data extraction. 4.4.2All sign inventory data will be subject to an independent third-party field verification process. After verification of data, any discrepancies will be rectified to the Departments satisfaction by Contractor at no additional cost. Any re-collection of data will be done at no additional cost to the Department. 4.4.3The Contractor shall retain no rights to reuse data or other project deliverables with other clients or applications beyond this project. 4.5Online Sign Management System4.5.1The sign management system shall be a web-hosted GIS-integrated risk based enterprise asset management solution that does not require the City to maintain local sign inventory data. Preferably, the software platform is not java-based. 4.5.2The software shall be configurable to perform multi-year capital improvement planning capabilities to help determine long-term budget needs. 4.5.3Deterioration curves shall serve as a basis for forecasting and then identify at what point on the deterioration curve an asset should be rehabilitated or replaced based on risk and condition. 4.5.4 The sign management software platform shall have a mobile component that can be utilized in the field to execute work orders and perform condition inspections from Android or iOS-based devices. The mobile component shall allow users the ability to work in a connected or disconnected environment. 4.5.5 The sign management software shall include the following features: A map interface to provide the visual location of signs overlaid on a current local road network
