Specifications include, but are not limited to: Objective: Obtain expert firms or consultants to evaluate the effectiveness of restoration actions in Puget Sound. This work includes: Develop three (3) fact sheets and three (3) background summaries of the restoration actions, outcomes, costs and challenges of nearshore restoration projects such as Weaverling Spit (Fidalgo Bay), Northwest Marchs Point (Fidalgo Bay), and rock reef habitat restoration near Tacoma Narrows Bridge. These are suggested topics and may be changed or amended based on available information and pending discussion with and approval by PSP.; Provide literature and data review summarizing published estimates of density or use by salmon, forage fish, and other wildlife in restored and natural (or reference) habitats including nearshore, estuary, mainstem river, and stream habitat; and recommendations on how to apply these estimates to restoration projects that do not have any monitoring data.;
