Specifications include, but are not limited to:The program will be extended to owner occupied, single-family homeowners. The City of Phoenix Water Services Department (WSD) will identify regional areas or neighborhoods for the program. The successful respondent will coordinate with WSD (and other City department that WSD may coordinate with as necessary) to solicit participation in the program. The City of Phoenix will provide all retrofit devices and repair materials, as well as storage at a warehouse facility with space leased to Water Services Department. The city of Phoenix would like to continue recent efforts of auditing approximately 300 homes annually at a cost of $75,000 per year. This Scope of Work will include the following and may be supplemented with additional detail from time to time during the Term of Agreement: a. Perform a water audit on approximately 300 owner-occupied, single-family homes designated by the City of Phoenix Water Services Department, including the following activities: 1. Review indoor and outdoor water use with homeowner; 2. Provide all staffing and audit materials for the project; 3. Provide conservation materials to homeowners as provided by the City of Phoenix; 4. Examine all plumbing fixtures and visible piping in the interior of the home, noting all retrofit items to be provided by WSD; and 5. Check irrigation systems, (e.g., sprinkler heads, drip system emitters and spaghetti hoses) and instruct homeowner on how to make simple repairs to irrigation system. b. Install water saving plumbing retrofit devices: 1. Replace all toilets having a flush volume greater than 6 liters or 1.6 gallons with high-efficiency, EPA WaterSense approved toilets;
