The Contractor shall furnish all labor, transportation, materials, supervision, insurance,and services for and reasonably incidental to the Renovation of an existing UniversityApartment into the New ASCEND Grant Active Learning Center at Key Hall, Room 200on the campus of Morgan State University, 1700 East Cold Spring Lane, Baltimore,Maryland 21251.B. Demolition: Removal of existing partition walls, doors, ceilings and finish flooring itsentirety as designated on the drawings and specified herein1. Contractor shall remove completely the following:a. Existing drywall partition walls as noted on the drawings.b. Ceramic wall finishes and floor tile at toilet rooms.c. Existing drywall ceilings, bulkheads, and hard ceilings. Salvage in place ceilingsuspension framing system and framing related to ceiling diffusers.d. Ceiling light fixtures and related electrical wiring.e. Existing plumbing fixtures in the two toilet rooms, laundry room and relatedpiping.
